I understand my participation is voluntary and unpaid; I will follow organizer instructions and act safely; I assume the risks of injury/illness/property damage; I release and hold harmless GenWEL United Inc. and GenWEL United Flint, their officers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from claims arising from my participation, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct; and I consent to emergency medical care if needed. I certify I am 18 or older OR I am the parent/legal guardian of the minor listed on this form and agree on their behalf.”
