Dear Community Partner,

GenWEL United Inc. invites your organization to partner with us for the 5th Annual GiveWEL Harvest Fest, a community-centered event designed to help families access food, support, and meaningful connection during the holiday season.

This year, our goal is to prepare and distribute 250 food boxes. Sponsorship support will directly help cover food, supplies, packaging, and event-related expenses that allow us to serve our community with dignity, care, and consistency.

We are grateful for your consideration and invite you to review the sponsorship opportunities below.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

PRESENTING SPONSOR — $2,000

Limited to one sponsor

  • Exclusive recognition as the Presenting Sponsor of the 5th Annual GiveWEL Harvest Fest

  • Top-billing logo placement on all event materials, including flyer, webpage, email communications, social media promotions, and main event signage

  • Presenting Sponsor recognition on any GenWEL-produced sponsor insert or thank-you card included with food boxes

  • Dedicated sponsor spotlight on GenWEL social media platforms

  • Verbal and visual recognition during the event program

  • Opportunity for one representative to provide brief welcoming remarks

HARVEST CHAMPION — $1,500

  • Individual sponsor spotlight on GenWEL social media platforms

  • Verbal and visual recognition during the event program

COMMUNITY PARTNER — $1,000

  • Logo placement on event webpage, shared sponsor signage, and digital promotions

  • Recognition in group sponsor social media posts and event communications

  • Verbal recognition during the event program

  • Employee volunteer opportunity

  • Inclusion in post-event impact recap

FAMILY SUPPORTER — $500

  • Organization name or logo displayed on event webpage and shared sponsor signage

  • Inclusion in GenWEL group sponsor thank-you social media posts

  • Recognition in post-event impact recap

SPONSORSHIP AND LOGO DEADLINES

To ensure full inclusion in printed and digital promotional materials, sponsorship commitments must be received by Friday, October 9, 2026.

Sponsor logos must be submitted by Friday, October 16, 2026.

Commitments received after these deadlines are still welcome; however, full promotional recognition cannot be guaranteed.
